The path through prana to clarity | vital life force | higher self.

I am a practitioner and honored student of many traditions. I have spent the last decade deeply immersing myself in the Dharma of my practices and healing modalities--from Western medicine to traditional and Eastern medicine, to realms which are far less known, yet incredible and vast.
 

I am interested in helping each person understand their physical body in relation to their energetic spirit.  This may include varied methods of traditional medicine, earth-centered healing and herbalism, anatomy, homeopathy, energy flow/frequency, astronomy/astrology, philosophy, and beyond, to create a more complete picture of an individual's path toward health. The spark and vitality from the balance and awareness of a single person has the immense capacity to affect the whole.

After many years, many beautiful paths, I aim to teach and offer what I have learned in service to this.

I have surrendered to an approach that is not limited to a singular method, tradition, or lens, but is open to honoring everything--all at once. The perfect, timeless dance that we are in tandem with. When we commit to honoring the cycles, the waves--ebbs and flows--we can more freely and authentically heal, balancing ourselves amidst cosmic tides, while on earth. ​
