HOW DO I KNOW IF I WOULD BENEFIT FROM ENERGY WORK?

  • Do you find yourself sensitive to others' energies/attitudes/behaviors, or the environments in which you are a part of?

  • Do you want to address a certain area of your life that is underserved or under-balanced?

  • Do you wish to understand your physical health through the lens of the internal or external energies that which impacts it?

  • Are you interested in astronomy/astrology, caring for your self on a higher level?

  • Do you want to learn how to understand your energetic propensity so that you can more peacefully interact with situations or people?

Then you are absolutely on the right track, and I would be honored to help you put together parts of the puzzle. 

WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DO?

I am here to assist each person understand their energetic constitutions as applied to their physical one. This includes utilizing an array of tools, specific to what the patient needs, to create a more complete picture for individualized, holistic, care and direction.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

To book an initial consultation for an energy assessment, please email pranaanandahealing@gmail.com to set up a time that works best for you, or use the "Sessions and Services" page to book a consultation online. Initial sessions are typically an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, and I ask that you arrive a few minutes early to complete the energy intake form, if not completed prior to office visit.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to fill out an intake form. *If you are intending to have a natal chart reading, kindly provide in advance:

  • Date of birth 

  • Place of birth 

  • Exact time of birth 

for the purpose of your natal chart overview, which I prepare prior to our work together. ​

WHAT IS A NATAL CHART?

A natal (or birth) chart is a chart used by astronomers and astrologers that reflects the exact placement of the planetary bodies, stars, and energy present when you were born. I use birth charts as an integral tool within my practice to understand a patient to the level of their own energetic individuation.

I DON'T KNOW MY EXACT BIRTH TIME. IS IT NECESSARY?

If you do not have an accurate birth time, kindly consider ordering a copy of your birth certificate with the exact time of birth on it prior to our consultation. The birth time is an integral part of your chart that will provide us with the most accurate energetic information for your personhood.

WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?

I have the privilege of working with the practitioners at Integrative Family Medicine of Connecticut. Their holistic approach to healthcare and medicine is something that I appreciate and aspire to. In my work, I consider how the physical body and our long term health is influenced by the energetic world, while constantly seeking to gain greater understanding of how the two intersect. Being surrounded by doctors who believe that the physical body can be, and often is, affected by external energies is truly remarkable, and creates an environment for health and healing that I am so honored to learn from, be a part of, and assist wherever I can. 

DO YOU OFFER PAIR OR GROUP CONSULTATIONS?

Yes.

CANCELLATIONS

Notice of a cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be billed as a missed session (at appointment cost).

DO YOU OFFER PHONE OR ZOOM CONSULTATIONS?

Absolutely. Sessions are 45 minutes to an hour and can be scheduled the same way. However, initial energy assessment consults are the exception.

WHO DO YOU WORK WITH AND WHO ARE YOU SUITED FOR?

I work with energy. In an attempt to bridge the gap between the physical and the energetic, I work with those who are seeking clarity toward health and identity that conventional forms of medicine may not serve. I am best suited for patients who wish to gain an understanding of their health; learn tools to navigate energies they may have always sensed, (but cannot identify) which are ever-present within their lives; and support those who wish to finally put the pieces together for personal peace.
